Alleged Harassment of a Minor and Years of Silence
According to information gathered by Harper, Feruz Yusupov allegedly subjected 15-year-old Emily John (name changed for privacy) to repeated sexual and verbal harassment while employed at a local logistics company. The girl reportedly kept the abuse secret for two years, suffering significant psychological trauma that required professional counseling and support.
Sources close to the family told Harper that Feruz allegedly threatened both Emily and her relatives, which they say prevented the girl from reporting the incidents to police.

The probe also identified two companies — Eagle Eye Trucking and Straight Cargo LLC — registered in the name of Aminjon Azizov, but allegedly controlled or operated by Feruz. Investigators uncovered evidence suggesting Feruz may have obtained U.S. citizenship using fraudulent documents.
Travel to Uzbekistan and Alleged Taliban Ties
Following the emergence of these allegations, Feruz reportedly traveled to Uzbekistan. A source close to him confirmed to Harper that he met with members of the Taliban in Afghanistan during this period. The nature and purpose of these meetings remain unclear, but they raise potential national security concerns.
Harper expressed astonishment at the breadth of the findings:
“One individual facing serious allegations of harassing a minor, while allegedly running a drug transport scheme and reportedly meeting with Taliban figures — this goes far beyond a local workplace issue. It points to broader vulnerabilities in immigration vetting, transportation security, and public safety.”
Call for Official Action
The BBC has shared its findings with Ohio authorities, the FBI, and immigration officials. Interviews with Emily’s family and other potential witnesses are ongoing. Feruz has not issued a public statement through legal representatives.
